The Government has put for sale 30% of the share capital of the Debt and Securities Exchange (BODIVA) until December 6, to domestic and foreign investors through a public offering.
sale has as issuer of these 180 thousand shares the Institute of Asset Management and is part of the State Assets Privatization Program (PROPRIV).
The offer is divided into 168 thousand shares (28% of the share capital) for the general public and 12 thousand shares (2%) for BODIVA’s employees. The selling price per share varies between 8,633 and 13,259 kwanzas.
Purchase orders can be submitted to the brokers, namely Áurea, BFA Capital Markets and Lwei Mansa Musa Brokers.
